Rob is a director of Douglas Cheveralls Lawyers and practices in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution.
Rob’s aims to provide cost-effective and commercially realistic advice to clients, at the same time as guiding them around the potential pitfalls of litigation.
Rob manages a diverse litigation practice at Douglas Cheveralls and has a particular personal interest in complex estate disputes and acting for victims of financial elder abuse.
Having held national accreditation as a mediator through the Resolution Institute since 2017, Rob is the founder and Principal Mediator of our mediation division, Tough Talks Mediation.
Rob is also a panel mediator for the following organisations:
- Law Society of Western Australia
- Small Business Development Corporation
- Citizens Advice Bureau (WA Branch)
Prior to his legal career, Rob was a member of WA Police for close to six years, including three years as a Detective.
Away from the office, Rob is a volunteer on the board of management of a not-for-profit senior citizens centre, a judicial officer for RugbyWA, and a World Rugby accredited citing commissioner.
