Mark completed his Bachelor of Laws (JD) with Merit Honours First Class, and his Masters degree in Business (MBA), at Murdoch University and has been admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Mark practices in business law and family law; his blend of business management experience and legal competencies is particularly beneficial to resolving complicated family law disputes in relation to property and children. Mark is a proficient negotiator and has a track record of brokering good outcomes for his clients.

In addition to his executive corporate involvement, Mark’s legal experience includes commercial contract drafting and disputes, property, leasing (commercial and litigation), business structuring, sale of businesses, family law (property and children matters), criminal injury compensation, aviation law, personal injury, construction contracts and wills.

Mark also holds a commercial pilot licence and acts in aviation related disputes.

Away from the office, Mark invests his time in the development of the community’s youth, through sport, at Subiaco AFC, where he has held the position of President since 2010.

Mark is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia.
